The townhouse is located in Chloraka area of Paphos. Chloraka is a famous tourist location with plenty of beaches, hotels, bars and restaurants. Chloraka is situated approximately midway between Coral Bay and Paphos.
A car is recommended in order for you to explore and enjoy Paphos. However, a bus stop is very close to the villa with a bus route every 20 minutes going all around Paphos.
In the area there are some great running, hiking and cycling routes for those who enjoy the outdoors. The beach is just 400 meters far from the property. The famous sandy beach of Coral bay and Coral Bay resort with numerous of bars, restaurants and amenities, is within a quick 7 minute drive.
The Paphos harbor, Kato Paphos and Paphos market are about 10 minutes drive, with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities.
Plenty of nearby beaches are honored with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire, all kind of watersports are available and beach cafés providing refreshments.
A little further along from Coral bay is the Sea Caves area, which provides ideal snorkeling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. Paphos Town is located within a 12 minute drive of the villa. The town is of exceptional architectural and historic value and is worth viewing. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Paphos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbor and medieval port.
Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-carting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a water park and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.
There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Elea Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, all within approximately 30 minutes drive from the villa.

Payment procedure
A deposit equal to 25% of the total rental cost is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to the visitor/guest.
The remaining amount is payable 2 months before arrival.
Please Note: For bookings made within 2 months of the booking start date, payment in full is required.
Terms and conditions
Booking Procedure:
You must complete the booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be 25% of the total booking.
Once you have made a booking, you are subject to these terms and conditions and this contract is held between yourself, as the guest and the property owner.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not made on time and we will claim the appropriate cancellation charges.
Cancellation of booking:
If you cancel the booking up to 2 months before the arrival date, you lose the deposit amount (25%)
If you cancel the booking between 2 months to 2 weeks before the arrival date you have to pay 50% of the total amount
If you cancel the booking less than 2 weeks before the arrival date you have to pay 100% of the total amount
If we cancel your holiday
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you a accommodation of a similar or higher standard, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking under the following circumstances:
If the client or one of the persons within the group or family consciously damage the house or the facilities of the house. In this case the remaining rental price will not be refunded. If the deposit or full balance is not paid by the required date and no answer is received after sending a reminder with a fixed deadline.
Force Majeure
This means that we will not pay you any compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of war, terrorism, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to Force Majeure.
If you have a complaint
If you have a complaint during your holiday please informs us in no more than 24 hours and he/she will of course endeavor to correct matters promptly.
IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT OUR REPRESENTATIVE ON OUR PUBLISHED SERVICE HOTLINE WHILST IN THE PREMISES, THIS MAY EFFECT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
Building works
Building works and the resulting noise from the site can take place at any time during the year on an adjoining or nearby property and land. If this work is affecting your holiday please report this to our representative immediately. Obviously this is beyond the control of our agents, or ourselves, but we will make an effort to have the work stopped if possible. Unfortunately we do not receive advance notice of when building works will begin as they are carried out by third parties over which we have no control. Whilst we can assure you we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience or interruption to your holiday, we regret that this is a 'Force Majeure' and we do not accept any liability or will pay any compensation.
Your holiday villa
The holiday villa can only be used by the number of persons mentioned within the booking confirmation. If more than the number of mentioned persons uses the holiday villa, PaphoSunVillas is entitled to immediately cancel the contract without further obligation to PaphoSunVillas. The client is not entitled to a refund of the rental price. All guests are required to vacate their property by 10.00 hours on day of departure to facilitate cleaning and servicing prior to incoming guests arrival. You may occupy your property from 15.00 hours. Bringing along your pet is not allowed without permission.
Property descriptions
The descriptions and information on the website are personally written by a member of staff who has visited the property, and are made in good faith. It is possible that changes in facilities may occur without our knowledge. In this event we will endeavor to inform you of any changes, once known, but cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies which are beyond our control. All the distances are estimated approximately. Water and electricity interruptions of supply may occur. We cannot be held responsible for these supplies or any other lack of facility beyond our reasonable control.The owners reserve the right to visit their property at any time to undertake essential repairs, maintenance, pool cleaning and gardening.
Liability
The use of all facilities in your villa is at your own risk, no compensation can be claimed.

You must consent to us storing this data for you to be able to make bookings on this site. Regardless of whether or not you consent to your data being stored, we will store a cookie on your computer to tell us whether or not you have opted in. This helps us to ensure that we do not constantly ask you whether or not you want to opt in or out and it does not contain any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). If you change your mind you can visit the "App permissions" page at any time to opt in or out.
The information is stored for different time periods depending on the nature of your visit. So, if you are just looking around we will store approximate geographical location (country level) information. If you perform searches, then to make search forms more user friendly we will store the last things you searched on. This information is typically stored for a maximum of 24 hours and is only used to make your visit more pleasant.
When you make a booking with us, by necessity more information is stored.
- The technicalites of the booking form are captured and retained for a maximum of 60 days. This is required so that On Request bookings can be turned into full bookings once a booking is approved, and for analysis by our teams in case there is an issue with a booking. If you were not logged in when you made a booking then we will email you a username and password so that you can view your booking history and exercise your Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) if you wish to do that.
- Data entered into the booking form, for example name, email address, real address is stored for a maximum of 365 days after the booking's departure date. This information is stored in encrypted form in our database so that only authorised people can view it. If you make a booking then by law we must store your PII whilst the booking is valid. Once the booking has completed, either because it has been cancelled or you have been checked out, then you will be able to exercise your RTBF by logging in and visiting the "Your data" page. Invoice information for completed bookings will still be securely stored in our database to ensure that we abide by relevant tax laws but you will be able to remove all other PII after the booking is completed.
- When you consent to your information being stored as described above, we are legally obliged to store this consent in our database. This information will include your IP number and the content of the opt-in form. We will retain this consent notification indefinately (this is a legal requirement).
